Swimming Conditions: Calm water.
Beachside: Gentle breeze and several nearby restaurants and shops make this a fun place for the whole family.

Playa Las Palmas:


Playa Linda:
Swimming Conditions: Calm water.
Beachside: The area is teeming with sun worshippers, and cruise ship passengers heading for Isla Mujeres.
Playa Langosta:

Swimming Conditions: Calm water.
Beachside: A bonanza of watersports, restaurants, shops and activity as cruise ships come and go.

Playa Tortugas:

Swimming Conditions: Calm water.
Beachside: Plenty of watersports, bars, restaurants, and sun worshippers.

Playa Caracol:
Swimming Conditions: Calm water.
Beachside: There's a little cantina to quench your thirst, and lots oflifores nearby. From Punta Cancun, the main shopping distric in the hotel zone to Club Mediterrane the waves get bigger and the undertow tends to be stronger since this part is open ocean. It is wise to take note of the flags posted on many of the beaches. These flags indicate the strength of the sometimes deceptive surf conditions.

Playa Gaviota Azul:
Swimming Conditions: Medium to strong wave action.
Beachside: An admission fee lets you partake of changing rooms, showers, loungers and swimming pool.

Playa Chac-Mool:

Swimming Conditions: Medium wave action.
Beachside: Lots of sand for of everyone to co-exist peacefully. A thatched-roof bar/restaurant completes the picture.

Playa Marlin:

Swimming Conditions: Medium to strong wave action.
Beachside: Restaurants and bars flank portions of this big & beautiful sandy playground.

Playa Ballenas:

Swimming Conditions: Medium wave action.
Beachside: Waiters will bring your drink right to you on the beach.
